• Tariffs shown are for 1-2 guests per night
• 3rd guest sharing suite or room, adult or child  $45 incl. breakfast
• Our property is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
• Any special rates advertised are for direct bookings only and not available to agents.

Booking Conditions

• Two nights minimum stay from 1st of  October to 30th of April and at Labour Weekends and Easter holidays unless there is a one night gap between bookings. You are welcome to check this under “availability”.
• Check-in is from 2.30 pm, check-out by 10.00 am.
• The Lodge indoors is a smoke free environment.
• To confirm a reservation we require a one night advance deposit by Visa or MasterCard.
• Payment at checkout can be made by credit card, cash or Eftpos. Payments made by Amex will incur a 4% commission fee.
• It is at the host’s discretion to reject an unsuitable booking.

Cancellations and No-Shows

For cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. Reservations cancelled or changes of bookings within 28 days of arrival or during stay: 100% of total accommodation cost.

As we are a small property any cancellations or changes to a booking affect us greatly. We therefore strongly advise you take out travel insurance in case you have to cancel for reasons out of your control.
